You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet -

   Publicizing NEGASS

Doesn't it make you mad as any hatter?

You meet someone who clearly loves G&S, and who longs to find others who share this passion -

- but your new friend has never heard of either NEGASS or any of the other active G&S organizations in the world!

Let's make it easier for them to find us:
NEGASS now has business-sized cards you can print out and hand out to your friends. (These also work as business-card-sized ads, in case you want to place an ad in someone's program.)

How can you get them? (Other than by attending a NEGASS meeting and seeing if anyone there has any to share...)

First - go to your favorite office supply store, and buy yourself a package of blank computer-printer business cards.

Then send your browser to http://negass.org/Pages/BusinessCard.doc .
NB: This is not the address of a web page - it's a link to a Microsoft Word document.

When you land at that URL, rather than seeing a new web page, you will be prompted to download the file to your hard drive. Go ahead - it's not infected with anything, We promise.

Open the Word document, and select the card image.

With the card image selected, choose Tools from the Word menu, and under that, choose Envelopes and Labels. Within that screen, choose Labels.

On the lower right corner of the Labels screen, you'll see a field specifying a type of label. If you click on that field, you will be presented with a choice of types of labels or cards - choose one that matches the type of card stock you bought.

On the left side of the Labels screen you will see a choice of "full page of the same label" or "single label." Choose "full page...", put your card stock into your printer input tray, and hit "print." (If you hit "new document" instead of "print", you will get a page that looks like what the printer will see and print for you - a full page of cards. You can print it that way too, if you like.)

Tan-tan-tara Tzing Boom! - you have a sheet full of NEGASS cards!
